Hope is a passionate Pilates teacher! She combines a wealth of experience and compassion to engage her students in finding their powerhouse!  Hope holds a Master’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University (Go Rams!) and has been involved in sports, health and fitness for 20 years.  As a Professional Figure Skater she toured the world with “Holiday On Ice”. Through coaching athletes of all ages and abilities both on and off the ice, she has observed human movement and most importantly, learned how to teach effective, efficient, functional movement.

Hope is a Power Pilates, NY comprehensively trained teacher and PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) certified.  She welcomes the opportunity to open a whole new world of health and fitness to her clients!






Heidi Miller, B.S. Exercise & Sport Science


Heidi has a life-long love of exercise and has been sharing her knowledge and insight, through teaching, for nearly 20 years. She’s enjoyed working as a personal trainer for over 8 years, 4 of which were within a physical therapy clinic specializing in spine rehabilitation. She has been teaching Classical Pilates for 10 years.

After an accident left Heidi with pain from compression fractures in 7 vertebrae, she tried Pilates for the first time. That first session was an inspiration and she knew immediately that Pilates was going to make a big difference in her life. The healing process initially took 2 years of hard work but, 12 years later, Pilates has continued to give Heidi a life free from pain. In fact, she felt her total recovery was so miraculous that she decided to dedicate herself to learning Pilates and teaching others. She received her Pilates certification in 2005 from the prestigious and rigorous Pilates Center of Boulder after 3 years of training.

Heidi enjoys working with men and women all body types and fitness levels, especially with postpartum clients and those experiencing issues from low back pain. She is a military veteran and the mother of two very active boys ages 3 and 5.






Cathy Lee, M.S.


Healthy, intelligent body movement is Cathy’s passion. She graduated from CSU with a Bachelor’s degree in biology and a minor in anatomy in 1992, then went on to complete a Master’s degree in physical therapy at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1994. While practicing physical therapy, Cathy discovered Pilates and saw the potential of using it to both prevent and rehabilitate dysfunctional movement.

Cathy has completed teacher training in Rehabilitation Pilates from Polestar Education (2003), as well as the Master’s Teacher Training Program and Bridge Advanced Program from The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado (2010 and 2015).

Family, faith, music, recreating in the outdoors, yoga and Pilates are some of the things she enjoys in life. Cathy and her husband, Jeff, are raising two teen boys, along with their black lab, Teak.





Christine Valentine


Christine is a high spirited, enthusiastic teacher eager to share her love for Pilates and Yoga with her students.  She is a native to Louisiana and has lived in Fort Collins since 2006.  Christine is a Power Pilates certified Core Mat I and II teacher, a certified Yoga teacher and is attending massage therapy school.  Christine has nearly completed the rigorous comprehensive Pilates certification through Power Pilates!









Analia Alegre-Femenias


Analía is a movement artist and has spent her life searching to help others find more efficient ways to move the body, recover from injury and live a healthy life that is inspired by movement. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico her passion for dance brought her to the United States to pursue a dance career.

Analia’s first exposure to Pilates was during her freshmen year of college where it was required to take Mat Pilates before ballet class. She immediately felt and saw the benefits of Pilates in her body and while dancing. Since then, she has dedicated herself to educating all levels on how Pilates can change lives. With over 10 years of experience, her passion for investigation has helped many clients discover their bodies’ full potential.

Analía is very happy to have relocated to Fort Collins and wants to see you in class to experience Pilates unlimited benefits. You’ll gain flexibility, strength, a toned body and mind.

Outside her Pilates career she is the Artistic Director of New Territory Dance Company. Analía has performed nationally and internationally and her choreography work has been presented across the United States, Mexico, Dominican Republic and the Caribbean. She can’t wait to get you in one of her classes and join you in the journey of discovering your inner super hero.




JaniceJanice White, B.S.


Janice graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice/Criminology.  She found her way to the Pilates method after years of searching to find a fitness method that provided all the components of a great workout while also lending a sense of well-being.  After a misdiagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis and ongoing ambiguous medical issues,  Janice realized more profoundly not only how the fitness components of strength, stretch, stamina, and stability that the Pilates method provides benefit her in her everyday life but also how the mind-body connection keeps her grounded and connected to the needs of her body.

Janice received her training through Power Pilates, NY and is certified in Core Mat I and II.  She is dedicated to sharing her love of Pilates with others!
